If Uwm canvas help desk hit the location button during install, it begins with saying "cannot install in the location". BUT no browser seems to find the plug-in, and the next time I try to enter a meeting everything starts all over again. If I run the installation package, completely standard, it asks for my password to install, and the installation seems to work fine. Besides, based on the error message, it seems there's conflict against installing, please shot down all the other applications to check if it helps.
